FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the compositions including antigens Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), and to their application in vaccines. Concrete combinations of antigens as a part of compositions can be chosen from the first group of antigens PepA, LcrE, ArtJ, DnaK and CT398, and the second group of antigens PepA, LcrE, ArtJ, DnaK, CT398, an OmpH-like antigen, L7/L12, OmcA, AtoS, CT547, Eno, HtrA and MurG. The invention also concerns the application of combinations of adjuvants in a combination of an antigen or antigens, associated with disease transferable by sexual way, such as antigens Chlamydia trachomatis. Preferable combinations of adjuvants include mineral salts, such as aluminium salts, and the oligonucleotides including CpG-motive.
EFFECT: combinations of antigens CT under the invention are protective concerning infection with chlamydias, are capable to induce the immune humoral response, at least, in respect of TH1-cell profiles which can quickly react to influence of chlamydias.
