SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of air ozonisation and can be used for air purification from harmful gases and microorganisms, as well as for waterpurification. Ozone synthesis is realised in pulse glowing discharge. Glowing discharge is created by electrode system, which is connected to high-voltage power source. In electrode system pulse charge-alternating discharge current is formed. In device body for ozone synthesis enclosed are at least one electrode system, high-voltage power source and means, forming in electrode system pulse charge-alternating discharge current. As such means, incorporated parallel to power source, saturating throttle, which contains core from ferromagnetic material, and winding, is used Electrode system for ozone synthesis contains coaxially placed outer earthed electrode and inner high-voltage electrode. Inner electrode is made from corrosion-proof wire, in form of pulled spring, fixed on one of two insulators, inserted in butts of outer electrode.
EFFECT: increasing productivity by ozone and increasing plant reliability.
