SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials meant for sorption or chromatographic separation. The nanodiamond sorbent contains detonation synthesis nanodiamonds immobilised on a polysaccharide matrix, an insert and specific ligands. The sorbent is obtained by treating washed sepharose with nanodiamond hydrosol followed by epoxidation, connection of the insert and ligand.

EFFECT: design of a polyfunctional affine-type nanodiamond sorbent for use in adsorption or partition chromatography, including for low-molecular weight molecules.
