FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed miller comprises a multi-section drum. Each section of the said drum is made up of tetragons to form quadrate on the section face shifted relative to the previous quadrate by 90°. Tetragons are made up of a greater and smaller rectangles and two identical trapezoids with their lower bases equal to the smaller rectangle sides, while their upper bases are equal to the smaller rectangle side. Sides of trapezoids are equal to the other two sides of the greater and smaller rectangles to form, on the sections faces, identical quadrates inclined at equal angle towards both different sides and the axis of identical quadrate section thus forming a zigzag spiral-like rectangular-section passage. The miller comprises a loading, unloading devices and a drive mounted on the frame suspended with the help of rubber-cord cylinders to the foundation. The tetragons that make the drum sections are made up of two pairs of trapezoids, i.e. two different-size scalene larger and smaller trapezoids connected to each other at a right angle. Lower bases of the said scalene trapezoids are equal to the lateral sides of the larger equilateral trapezoid, while the upper bases of scalene trapezoids are equal to lateral sides of the smaller equilateral trapezoid. Each aforesaid section is made up of tetragons to form on the section faces the quadrates with side sizes increasing along the drum length and inclined at different angles both towards different side and the sections' axes to form, along the drum edges, the discontinuous zigzag spiral lines that feature increasing pitch and diameter over the drum length and increasing drum cross section area.
