FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for decontamination of drinking water, cleaning of sewage and air in rooms. It can be also used in medicine, industrial production, agriculture and other industries. The ozone generator contains high voltage and grounded electrode plates enclosed in the leak-tight housing. The same housing also accommodates inter-element spacers between electrodes and tie rods. The electrodes are provided with central holes for gas and cooled by the coolant. The outer side of electrodes is covered with dielectric. The electrodes are installed in every other position. The electrode plates form the internal void accommodating cylindrical intersections. Each electrode plates are interconnected through the internal and external rings. The electrode parts, which extend the limits of active area, are represented with rims available on the external surface of the external rings. The inter-element spacers are located on tie rods. The housing is provided with the removable part directed to electrode edges.
EFFECT: simple design and easy access to any ozone plant electrode to be replaced.
