FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: oil production is enabled by thermal fluidisation of coal within 30 minutes at higher temperature with solvent and catalyst agents added. The solvent is stripped matter of oil slurry of boiling point exceeding 200°C. The catalyst agents are represented with mineral matter of oil slurry or anode matter of aluminium process in amount 5.0% of organic coal weight. Additionally coal distillation sludge is introduced in amount 5.0-10.0% of organic coal weight. Thermal fluidisation process is enabled at atmospheric pressure, temperature 390°C, and preceded with homogenising the composition within 15-30 minutes in orbital apparatus. In OCW conversion products, oil content is increases by 18% on average, while asphaltene content is decreased approximately by 10% and resin content approximately by 5%. OCW conversion increases by 20% and more.
EFFECT: possibility for directed action on qualitative composition of converted oils; higher production profitability, solution to energy-saving and ecological problems.
