FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, to power complexes supplying electric power and concurrent thermal power to consumers. Method of consumer supply with power includes consumer having no less than one facility consuming electric and concurrent thermal power, and power supply from co-generating plant, external grid transformer substation, and thermal power source, e.g. boiler station. Co-generating plant is connected to the external grid transformer substation in a stand-alone mode so that to provide consumer facilities with power by switching over sources of power supply. Co-generating plant is equipped with one or group of co-generators having concurrent thermal power utilization system. The co-generating plant has electric power produced as a result of co-generators electric powers summation but no less than full power of the external grid transformer substation. The thermal power consumer facilities are provided with power on a complex basis i.e. firstly, from the concurrent thermal power utilisation system.
EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability of consumer supply with electric power.
