FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, to power complexes providing consumer with electric and concurrent thermal power. The electric power complex includes power supply system components such as co-generating plant, external grid transformer substation, external thermal power supply source, e.g. boiler station. The co-generating plant is connected in parallel to the above mentioned grid transformer substation avoiding generated power back-streaming into external grids. The co-generating plant is comprised of no less than one, preferably, a group of differentiated co-generators connected to consumer facilities by the generated power and concurrent thermal power. Each co-generator includes dynamotor and concurrent thermal power utilization system. The complex is designed so that to make plant modifications to satisfy current power needs and situations in external grids when consumed power changes from maximum to minimum take place and generating power of co-generating plant is assumed within the limits less than maximum electric power consumption values to minimum electric power consumption values by the given consumer facility.
EFFECT: electric power complex ensures operation reliability and effectiveness while environmental characteristics are improved.
