FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, to power complexes providing consumer with electric and concurrent thermal power. Method of consumer supply with power provides for comprehensive supply from, at least, three system components and two sources being supplementary to each other when in pairs, i.e. external grid transformer substation, co-generating plant and boiler station. The above co-generating plant is connected in parallel to the said substation so that to enable back streaming of the produced power excesses into external grids. The co-generating plant is provided with back-up power being no less than maximum preset power of consumption or full power of external grid transformer substation. For this purpose, the above mentioned plant is provided with no less than one but, preferably, a group of units generating electric power and being provided with concurrent thermal power utilization system, i.e. co-generators and control system. Under normal conditions, co-generating plant is permanently involved into operation at its full backup power equal to the total nominal power of co-generators. When current power of consumption is decreased less than maximum excess power, it is supplied to the external grids by back streaming.
EFFECT: improved operation reliability under emergency conditions, reduced primary cost of generated power and possibility of plant upgrading; improved environmental parameters.
