SUBSTANCE: method of injecting liquid bone cement involves transcutaneous transpeduncular insertion of a puncture needle, mixing and injection of bone cement under control of a helix CT machine. Injection is done in the control room of the tomography using a remote console, regulating the speed and volume of injection. The cement is injected using a device which has a high pressure injector, connected to the puncture needle by a reinforced extension, and a control console. The high pressure injector and a motor are mounted on support, and the motor is connected by an actuator to a control console, consisting of switches for speed of rotation of the motor and reverse. The injector is mounted on the support in a holder with its shape.

EFFECT: prevention of radiation dose on the surgeon during percutaneous puncture vertebroplasty due to injection of bone cement outside the range of an operating X-ray machine.
