FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment. An air bleeder contains a tube inserted into trachea to deliver gases into lungs and back, and an inflatable gasket to pack the gap between the tube and trachea. Said gasket restrains the air bleeder segment from lungs and the air bleeder segment from mouth cavity. Additionally the air bleeder comprises aids for easy removing the liquid from the air bleeder segment from mouth cavity and an adjacent region. These aids include a number of ducts in a tube wall from mouth party. Each duct is open to a channel integral with an adjacent tube and connected to a hole beyond a patient body. There is disclosed method of artificial respiratory channelising with using said air bleeder.
EFFECT: airways contamination risk reduction.
