FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: method to detect wear conditions of a filter cartridge in water heating or similar equipment comprises a stage of reflecting considerable value of filtering cycles row made by the cartridge, in order to demonstrate wear condition of the cartridge, when the considerable value determined as a function of water heating cycles quantity in the equipment reaches or exceeds the specified value. A special advantage of the invention consists in the fact that the wear condition of the filter cartridge is tracked by a simple method, with application of devices that are usually presented in the equipment and usually representing performed cycles of connection/disconnection every time when the first compartment is filled with a new amount of water to be filtered.
EFFECT: counting is not direct, but at the same time it demonstrates cartridge wear and is easily performed at very low cost.
