FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ultrasonography in oncology, and may be used in ultrasonic diagnosis of local recurrent ovarian cancer. The ultrasonography involves investigating abdominal, retroperitoneal and small pelvic organs. The recurrent ovarian tumour size, CDI and EDI intra-tumour circulation quality and quantity, prevalence of secondary liver, omentum, posterior fornix and peritoneum metastases are estimated.
EFFECT: method enables detecting recurrent ovarian tumours and estimating the progression of the tumour circulatory dynamics quality and quantity for the purpose of determining the individual therapy sensitivity and choosing the required therapeutic approach.
