FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to haematological research in oncogynecology, and can be used in patients with cervical cancer recurrences to evaluate effectiveness of anti-tumour treatment and predict tumour process course. Essence of the invention consists in the following: after each course of polychemotherapy standard deviation of volume of neutrophils - SDVNe, lymphocytes - SDVLy and monocytes - SDVMo is determined in peripheral blood, values of coefficients SDVNe×SDVLy/100, SDVNe×SDVMo/100 and SDVLy×SDVMo/100 are calculated, and if values of each of the said coefficients are lower than 3.5, positive effect of anti-tumour therapy and favourable prognosis are predicted, if values of the coefficients are higher than 3.5, low efficiency of treatment and negative prognosis of disease course are predicted. The claimed invention is characterised by high self-descriptiveness, simplicity of implementation, possibility of multiple repetition of the test and does not require special financial expenditures.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to realise selection of the most rational method of anti-tumour impact and minimise development of a number of side effects, including depression of haematopoiesis, in due time.
