FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: histochemical aluminium detection is ensured with aurintricarboxylic acid solution at temperature 75°C during 5-10 min with using buffer mixture of pH 5.2, containing ammonium chloride, ammonium acetate and HCl, thereafter differentiated in ammonium carbonate solution during 3-5 s and additionally coloured with 1% methylene blue in water. Prior to colouring, the histochemical sections are prepared, with 3% ascorbic acid solution, then exposed in buffer mixture and coloured with aurintricarboxylic acid on water bath.
EFFECT: higher selectivity of method of aluminium detection found with iron ions both in organs and tissues of animals.
