FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: proposed capacitance loop has flat, closed, electrodes insulated from each other, separated by a dielectric, each of which is in form of a Moebius strip with terminals. The electrodes are inserted into each other through a slotted opening, through which another electrode is let in. The capacitance loop has three electrodes. The third electrode is insulated and is in form of a Moebius strip. It is fitted between the inner and the outer electrode.

EFFECT: wider functional capabilities of the capacitance loop.
