FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: stabiliser of bipolar currents comprises the first (1) and second (2) n-p-n transistors with combined bases, emitters of which are connected to bus of the first (3) power supply source, at that collector of the second (2) p-n-p transistor is connected to the first input (4) of bipolar currents stabiliser, the first (5) and second (6) n-p-n transistors with combined bases, emitters of which are connected to bus of the second (7) power supply source, at that header of the second n-p-n transistor (6) is connected to the second output (8) of bipolar currents stabiliser, current-setting resistor (9) connected between collectors of the first (1) p-n-p and the first (5) n-p-n transistors. Circuit additionally comprises n-p-n (10) and p-n-p (11) transistors, emitter of additional n-p-n transistor 10 is connected to collector of the first n-p-n transistor (5), its collector is connected to combined bases of the first (1) and second (2) p-n-p transistors, and base is connected to the first source of shift voltage (12), emitter of additional p-n-p transistor (11) is connected to collector of the first p-n-p (1) transistor, its collector is connected to combined bases of the first (5) p-n-p and second (6) n-p-n transistors, and base is connected to the second source of shift voltage (13).

EFFECT: increased stability of output currents.
