FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics. Device comprises: an input differential cascade, the common source circuit of which is connected with the first power supply bus, the first and the second inputs of the input differential cascade, the first current output of the input differential cascade connected to the base of the first output transistor and the collector of the first transistor of the first reference current source, the emitter of which is connected to the second power supply bus, the second current output of the input differential cascade, connected to the base of the second output transistor and the collector of the second transistor of the second reference current source, the emitter of which is connected to the second power supply bus, a dynamic load circuit matched with the first power supply bus, the input of which is connected to the collector of the second output transistor, and the output is connected to the output of the device and the collector of the first output transistor, herewith the bases of the first and the second transistors of the first and second reference current sources are connected to each other, and the emitters of the first and the second output transistors are combined with each other.
EFFECT: wider range of change of the output voltage to levels close to voltages on the positive and the negative power supply buses.
