SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, cutter has rotation axis and includes body in the shape of round disc. The disc is provided with a multiple number of cutting parts located peripherally. Each cutting part has seating and cutting plate fixed in the seating so that it can be removed by means of fastening bolt. The cutting plate is provided with an upper surface. Lower surface and open-end threaded hole for fastening bolt. Mainly, the threaded hole is in the centre and between the above surfaces. The lower surface includes two spaced supports with ceiling formed between them. Each support has support platform and lateral beveled edge. The seating for plate is provided with a basis directed mainly in axial direction. The said basis has two, mainly axial locating surfaces and radial extension being between them. The above extension is provided with two beveled edges coming from locating surfaces to a flat cover. The cover is parallel to the locating surfaces, while threaded hole is mainly located centrally on the extension and passes in axial direction from the cover. In addition, when cutting plate is installed in the seating, fastening bolt passes through the open-end hole and interacts with threaded hole to fix the said cutting plate in the seating. The support platforms contact with locating surfaces ensuring adequate clearance between extension cover and ceiling and between each beveled edge of the cutting plate and corresponding beveled edge of the seating extension.
