FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: set of genus- and species-specific oligonucleotide primers contains two genus-specific primers and three species-specific primers which are used for amplification of sites of Yersinia porin gene OmpF when realising method of detection and species identification of genus Yersinia bacteria by means of multiplex PCR.
EFFECT: application of invention allows simultaneous detecting and differentiating pathogenic and non-pathogenic species of genus Yersinia bacteria and carrying out species identification of pathogenic for human being species of genus Yersinia bacteria.
