FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: essence of the method lies in the use of species-specific primers consisting of two nucleotide sequences htr03-htr04, performing detection of the causative agent of pseudotuberculosis by amplification of a part of a specific gene htrB and determining the production of a specific fragment with dimensions of 229 bps. Recording the results of the strains under study is estimated as positive when detecting a specific fragment with dimensions of 229 bps. In the presence of this fragment, the belonging of the strain to Y. pseudotuberculosis is determined. The nucleotide sequences of primers htr03-htr04 are given in the formula of invention and the description.
EFFECT: use of the method enables to identify with a high degree of reliability the strains of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis species and differentiate this species with closely related species.
