FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for Yersinia pestis plague pathogen strains subspecies differentiation is described. The method involves DNA isolation from the test strain, polymerase chain reaction with real time hybridization-fluorescent account of results with SEQ ID NO: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 primers and SEQ ID NO: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 probes on 45, 89, Caucasic (-91), His (-205), Alt (-90), Uleg (-88), Tal (-72) DNA target. Yersinia pestis strains subspecies differentiation is performed by the absence of fluorescence signal of the specific subspecies DNA target and its presence on the remaining DNA targets used.
EFFECT: improved method.
