FIELD: chemistry; metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to high-temperature electrochemistry, specifically to method for making needle oxide tungsten bronzes by electrolysis and can be used in medicine, electrical engineering, radio engineering and chemical industry for manufacturing ion-selective elements used in microenvironment analysis, electrochromic devices, cold cathodes, reaction catalysts. Method is ensured by electrolysis in liquid melt with using platinum anode and cathode. Controlled potential electrolysis is pulsed at overvoltage 170-300 mV. The liquid melt contains K2WO4 30 mol. %, Li2WO4 25 mol. % and WO3 45 mol. %.
EFFECT: making needle oxide tungsten bronze nanostructures.
