FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrochemical method for synthesis of hybrid catalyst systems based on modified carbon containing on the surface of oxide tungsten bronze, in which catalyst systems is obtained from melt 30 mol% K2WO4, 25 mol% of Li2WO4 and 45 mol% WO3 in a pulsed potentiostatic mode with overvoltage of not more than 300 mV using a platinum anode. Note here that electric deposition is performed on coal substrate. Method is characterised by the fact that electric deposition is performed on coal substrate impregnated with binary oxide TiO2-SiO2, where concentration of TiO2 makes 3-14 mol%.

EFFECT: use of present method enables to obtain complex hybrid system based on carbon, modified titanium and Silicon oxides containing on the surface of tungsten bronze oxide produced by electrolysis of melts, and can be used for generation of catalysts for redox processes of organic and petrochemical synthesis, having high activity and good processing properties.
