FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes oxidation of products in acid solutions and further heating, at that oxidation is carried out for 30-50 minutes, then products are kept in boiling aqueous solution with content of caustic soda of 0.2-0.4 g/l for 40-50 minutes, afterwards it is heated from 250°C to 550°C with the rate of 5-10°C/min.
EFFECT: improved mechanical, electric and chemical properties of coatings.
