SUBSTANCE: invention is related to valves of flap type equipped with leveling device and used as isolating valves in wells or for control of fluid medium motion in other situations. Invention objective is to establish damages for elements of straight-way valve inbuilt in hinged shutter of flap valve, in case of shutter closure by fluid flow and for upper non-discharge side of hinged shutter from contact with control bushing. Unit of flap valve has leveling device with outlet valve element installed with the possibility of displacement between open and closed positions. Peculiar feature of leveling device design is availability of support in the form of stop element fixed on hinged shutter both with axial and radial fixation. Besides, between this support and outlet valve element there is compressed spring installed, which pushes outlet valve element in direction of closed position. Hinged shutter also has pair of substantially flat rising contact platforms on its non-discharge side, which provide for interaction of hinged shutter with control pipe and prevent sliding of deformed material on leveling opening, which may isolate this opening or jam valve element.
EFFECT: provision of possibility to establish damages for elements of straight-way valve inbuilt in hinged shutter of flap valve, in case of shutter closure by fluid flow and for upper non-discharge side of hinged shutter from contact with control bushing.
