FIELD: physics; monitoring.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to means of counting and analysing the number of bio-toilet users, located outside, as well as indoor pay-toilets and other cabins, used by people. The system of counting and analysing the number of bio-toilet users has a processing centre in form of a personal computer with special software, a wireless radio-console-accumulator and a multifunctional wireless infrared sensor, fitted above the entrance of the toilet. The multifunctional wireless infrared sensor counts the number of users and stores this information in its own non-volatile archive. The multifunctional wireless infrared sensor has a real time clock and two non-volatile archives - an archive for recording the number of users and an archive, in which are recorded non-nominal situations with accuracy of up to a second. The multifunctional wireless infrared sensor transmits the contents of the archives upon request to the radio-console-accumulator on a radio channel.
EFFECT: compact execution of the method, which allows for fast, light and cheap assembling, more accurate determination of the number of bio-toilet users, determination of the hourly or day intensity of flow of users, and the possibility of using mains supply, convenient usage, provision for monitoring unauthorised activities of personnel and efficient usage of a computer for obtaining objective and clear result of analysing users per hour.
