SUBSTANCE: invention concerns communication technology. Receiving module of receiver receives notification of data reconfiguration at lower layer from transmitter. Notification/instruction module of receiver reports index number of data required for reception at higher layer to transmitter. RLC processor module of transmitter receives index number of data required for reception at higher layer from receiver, and performs reconfiguration starting from data with indicated index number.
EFFECT: prevented loss of data.
