SUBSTANCE: in the method of repeat request transfer a sublevel RLC of a receiving device identifies whether a process of repeat transfer control is carried out at a MAC sublevel in respect of a packet RLC-PDU-data (or a packet RLC-data-Sub-PDU) not received yet, and also generates and sends STATUS-PDU (NACK), indicating only a packet RLC-data-PDU, which has not been accepted yet, and in respect to which a process of repeat transfer control at a MAC sublevel is not carried out, on the basis of detection result at the moment of time, when STATUS-PDU is generated.
EFFECT: prevention of repeat request transfer by an RLC sublevel for a packet, in respect to which repeat transfer is controlled at a MAC sublevel.
