FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared, green onion is cut and frozen, beet-root and horse radish is blanched and strained. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with acetic acid, sugar, culinary salt, calcium acetate, hot black pepper and laurel lea under oxygen-free conditions. Meat is cut and packed with the obtained mixture and bony broth, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
