SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by cutting and freezing spring onions, blanching and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, hot black pepper and bay leaves without oxygen access, meat cutting. Then follows meat, produced mixture and bone broth packing, vacuum-sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced preserve digestibility.
