FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by spring onions cutting and freezing, beetroots and horseradishes blanching and straining, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate, black pepper and laurel leaves without oxygen access, cutting rabbit meat, packing rabbit meat, obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
