SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, blanching and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, black pepper and laurel leaf without oxygen access, cutting meat, packing meat, obtained mixture and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention provides for producing new canned food with high digestibility as compared to similar cookery dish.
