FIELD: household goods and personal effects.
SUBSTANCE: mattress stuffing consists of two elastic support layers. Between the layers sequential rows of modular springs are installed; each of these springs consists of elastic wire, around which elastic hollow foam shell is installed. The shell of each spring is equipped with radially oriented pockets. Then elastic wires of different wire diametre are produced, at that spools with elastic wires are used. The wires are wound up to obtain elastic wires of different diametre. After that, foam shells with different parametres are formed; modular springs of deflection rate needed are produced by manufacturing of suitable assembly of the shell and elastic wire, cut edges of the springs are coated with glue; then the springs are installed between the support layers of the mattress stuffing produced. The springs are installed according to the needed location sample.
EFFECT: mattresses are suitable for any consumer.
