FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: on chosen sectors of atrium or ventricle, a series of microcirculation blood flow measurements at random intervals is conducted; blood hemoglobin concentration is measured; blood oxygen saturation in artery and coronary sinus is measured; the linear equation coefficients are calculated; based on the latter, mean microcirculation blood flow volume is calculated by the expression proposed; arterial-venous difference on myocardium is calculated; lastly, by composing "ЭМК1" and "АВРО2", oxygen consumption value in heart atrium or ventricle sectors defined is determined.
EFFECT: method allows evaluation of oxygen consumption by both atriums and ventricles during cardiosurgery operation without myocardium destroying, and obtaining certain data of microcirculation blood flow in myocardium.
