FIELD: medicine; orthopaedics and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: operation starts with endoprosthesis replacement in the first side. The wound is plugged with styptic tissues with 2-3 retension skin closures. Endoprosthesis is replaced in the second side with the wound therein being plugged with styptic tissues with 2-3 retension skin closures. 40-50 minutes after endoprosthesis is replaced in the first side, retension skin closures are removed therefrom. The tissues to plug the wound are removed. It is combined with haemostasis control and if required surgical revision. Drainages are inserted into the wound to be closed. 40-50 minutes after endoprosthesis is replaced in the second side, retension skin closures are removed therefrom. The tissues to plug the wound are removed. Haemostasis control and, if required, surgical revision follows. Drainages are inserted into the wound to be closed.
EFFECT: lower intraoperative haemorrhage, eliminated postoperative complications, reduced treatment time.
