SUBSTANCE: substance of the method consists in refilling of space-occupying knee joint lesions, separation of united internal surfaces of torsions and knee joint redressment. It is combined with applying a rubber tourniquet on lower one-third of hip, slightly below middle third interface. Then 0.5% Novocaine solution in amount 80-150 ml is introduced into intercondylar space of femur and within tendon bed projection of quadriceps muscle of thigh to straighten torsions completely. The tourniquet is removed, introduced Novocaine in partially evacuated in amount 30-60 ml that is followed with knee joint redressment. Application of the given invention allows creating anesthetic effect making it possible for long-term unassisted knee joint redressment.

EFFECT: reduced time of damaged limb rehabilitation.
