Application of granisetron for manufacturing medication and method of treatment or prevention conditions selected from itching, fibromyalgia and fibromyalgia-induced pain, anxiety, cognitive and psychotic disorders, depression, schizophrenia, psychosis or post-labour depression, irritable large intestine syndrome, alcoholism, obstructive breathing during sleep, nausea induced by travel sickness, loss of cognitive function such as Alzheimer's disease, involuntary urination, dyskinesia, systemic lupus erythematosus, itching caused by intake of medications, untimely ejaculation, food behaviour disturbance, obsessive-compulsive disorder, disordered motor function of stomach, chronic fatigue syndrome, dyspepsia and cocaine addiction, where medication is adhesive plaster.
