Also disclosed are devices for transdermal delivery containing tetrabenazine, deuterated tetrabenazine or a combination thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing tetrabenazine and/or deuterated tetrabenazine, methods for preparing them and methods for using them, for example, for treating hyperkinetic movement disorder.
