FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. Described is a bioresorbable mesh implant based on aliphatic polymeric esters and multipotent stromal cells for the pelvic walls and abdominal cavity plastic reconstruction consisting of: a) highly porous support matrix based on monofilament filaments of polydioxanone, b) multipotent human stromal cells cell culture, c) fibrin gel impregnated into the volume of resorbable polymer mesh. Described is a method of the said compound producing.
EFFECT: on the experimental model of a bioresorbable mesh implant subcutaneous transplantation, achieved are high efficiency of substitution with its own connective tissue, sufficient resorption time, minimal amount of side effects.
