FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of composite making for catalysis, electrocatalysis and deep water deoxygenation. The electronic conductivity is produced in ion-exchanger by the way of metal sulphate solution and subsequent precipitation of the nanostructured metal in the ion-exchanger's pores with the solution of the reducing agent - sodium dithionite. The result is that ion-exchanger contains the minimal quantity of the metal necessary for making in the polymer volume of the single conductive cluster consisting of the metal nanoparticles. Then ion-exchanger processing the electronic conductivity is saturated again with metal ions and placed into the electrolyser cathode chamber filled with sodium sulphate. The electrochemical reduction is performed by the direct electrical current.
EFFECT: ensuring of metal particles distribution in the volume of ion-exchanger pellet.
