FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of material processing by powerful impulse action of liquid flow and can be used for destruction, milling and purification, and also separation of principally light-gage metal works for parts and receiving in it holes. It is implemented cyclic generation of electric discharge in liquid. It is created in flash chamber by means of discharge of steam and gas bladder of high-pressure. It is implemented its ejection by means of liquid jet through the connected to flash chamber shank and affect by it on treated material. Additionally filling of flash chamber is implemented dosed by means of flow breaking of arrived liquid. For this shank is overlapped by blocking needle, coaxial installed on valve cup, implemented integrally. Steam and gas bladder of high-pressure is created by synchronously generated electric discharge, appeared on electrodes in amount not less three couples. Electrodes are located in area of annular cavity, implemented co-axial in valve cup, symmetrical with respect to blocking needle and axis of flash chamber. Additionally flash chamber allows pear-shaped shape.
EFFECT: manufacturing capability are increased, efficiency coefficient of efficiency are increased.
