FIELD: welding works.
SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used in depositing corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant coating from Ni-Al alloys on objects made from carbon and alloy steel. During deposit welding using a non-consumable electrode in inert shielding gases, a nickel wire is put into the welding arc in front of the welding burner, and an aluminium wire is put into the welding bath behind the welding burner.
EFFECT: by regulating the diametre and rate of input of nickel and aluminium welding wire, as well as the deposit welding mode, coating can be obtained with different content of nickel, aluminium and different amounts of parent metal.
