FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: elements for welding are assembled and evacuated. Elements are heated to temperature defined from the following ratio: 0.987Ts < Tweld < 1.001Tlm, where Tlm is temperature of local melting of foundry alloy, Tweld is welding temperature, Ts is solidus temperature while compression is performed by welding force of 1-3.5 kg/mm2 that allows a macro plastic deformation for time required for welding of 0.5-2.5 hours. Then, welding force is removed and part is cooled to the room temperature at the rate of 30-50°C/min.
EFFECT: weld of required quality, preserved recrystallized structure, simplified part structure owing to the use of diffusion welding, better manufacturability, decreased part weight.
