FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: after elements assemblage for welding the evacuation and their heating to temperature not exceeding solvus temperature by more than 10°C are performed. Welding force is applied (1.5-2.5 kg/mm2) with holding for 1.5-2 h. Then welding force is removed, and holding for 2 h is performed. Gradual cooling is performed to initial temperature 800°C with minimum rate 50°C/min and holding for 8 h, and further to 700°C with rate 25-30°C/min with holding 8 h, and finally to room temperature with maximum rate 30°C/min.
EFFECT: method ensures welded joint with high strength, and keeping of uniform fine recrystallised structure, this ensures further machining of parts, the welded joint heat resistance is maintained at high temperatures, and service life and reliability of parts working under load are significantly increased.
