FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in diffusion welding of heat-resistant nickel alloy. Pre-welded elements are quenched. Elements are assembled for welding, evacuation and heating to welding temperature, which is 0.8–0.9 of dissolution temperature of reinforcing γ'-phase. Welding pressure is applied no more than 2 kg/mm2 with exposure to 40 minutes. Obtained welded structure is subjected to aging. Plastic deformation of the obtained weld joint is not more than 5 %, the microstructure of the alloy is not changed.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining high-quality welded joint with strength of not less than 90 % of strength of base material while maintaining homogeneous fine-grained recrystallized structure, which allows further machining of parts.
