FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to device for ozone generation used in potable water decontaminating, industry and domestic waste waters cleaning, in medicine etc. The device for ozone generation contains 1) two electrodes connected to the high-voltage supply of alternating current and forming the gas-discharge gap and 2) dielectric barriers made of the organic material and placed in the said gap. The gap-side of the dielectric barriers surface is coated with the mixture of organosilicone varnish and aluminium oxide in ratio 1:1.
EFFECT: present invention provides the tracking, arc and corona resistance of the device.
