FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and in particular to the field of confectionery production. Filling for candy consists of maximum 10-12% of sugar, 6-8% of grated lemon, 64-68% of steamed at a temperature of 90-120°C and grated zucchini pulp, 14-18% of heat-treated at a temperature of 150-180°C and dried out to 20-25% humidity pear pulp cuttings. Deprived product has yellow colour, tastes like pineapple, is enriched with vitamin C, organic acids, pectin, cellulose, mineral salts.
EFFECT: obtaining product of yellow colour which tastes like pineapple, is enriched with vitamin C, organic acids, pectin, cellulose, mineral salts.
