FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by cucumbers and tomatoes cutting and blanching, lettuce cutting and freezing, mixing of above-mentioned components under oxygen-free conditions with table salt and calcium gluconate. Pheasant flesh is cut and fried in margarine. Pheasant meat, obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
