SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, cutting pickled cucumbers, mixing the said ingredients with "Yuzhniy" sauce, culinary salt and calcium gluconate without oxygen access, cutting and frying in margarine rabbit meat, packing rabbit meat, obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
